Our History
In 1980, Ed Sr. and Ed Jr. began what is now considered the most professional landscaping company in the Pioneer Valley.
The father and son duo focused on delivering a high-quality product, placed an emphasis on establishing a solid customer base, and created a tight-knit team of incredibly talented individuals. Today, Ed Jr. and Kyle continue to grow the company. Beginning with just two part-time employees and reaching nearly 100 full-time team members, the original focus of the company still remains the same. Snow & Sons Landscaping is rooted in efficiency, teamwork and creating the WOW factor for all customers. The company provides a positive work environment that fosters growth for all team members and continues to emphasize the importance of a family-oriented workplace. The father and son duo continue to develop an incredibly talented team that provides customers with a superior Snow’s Experience.
Meet the Team
Kyle Snow
Owner
Growing up as a part of Snow & Sons, Kyle always showed an interest in business. As a young kid, when he wasn’t busy mowing, mulching, trimming, watering flowers or picking up sticks for days on end in the woods for the company, he was busy coming up with his own ways to make money, one of which was a lucrative blow-pop business. Once he realized he wasn’t going to make a living selling lollipops at school, he decided he would be better off playing a role in the family business. After graduating from UMASS in 2007 with a B.S. in Business ADministration, Kyle began overseeing the Maintenance crews and eventually our Lawn Care division as well. Collaboratively with his Dad, Kyle now directs his focus to enhancing the company culture, business planning, strategy, growth, and oversees the day to day operations of Snow & Sons. When not at work, Kyle loves spending time with his wife and kids, hanging out with friends, going to different breweries and selling blow-pops on the sidelines of his kids’ sporting events.
